What is the delivery time of my order?
When you order from Mason & Harper, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 4 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may sometimes arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@masonharper-charleston.com, and we will investigate the status of your package for you.
I want to exchange or return my order. How does this work?

You have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your item.
